Return and Refund Policy

At JAYJAY COMPLEX, we strive to provide high-quality photography, videography, and digital printing services to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we have outlined our return and refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.
1. Photography & Videography Services
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made for photography and videography services are non-refundable, as they secure the date and time of service.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the final photos or videos, we offer one round of minor edits or adjustments at no extra cost. Any additional edits will be subject to extra charges.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.
- Technical Issues: In rare cases where technical errors (such as corrupted files) occur due to our fault, we will either offer a reshoot at no additional cost or provide a partial refund based on the extent of the issue.
2. Digital Printing Services
- Defective or Incorrect Prints: If a print is defective, damaged, or differs from the approved design, we will reprint the order at no extra cost. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Client-Provided Errors: We are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, low-resolution images) in prints where the client has approved the final design before production. Refunds will not be provided for such cases.
- Order Cancellations: Once a printing order has been processed and sent for production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may be granted depending on the nature of the issue.
